This renovation rests on the edge of Barnegat Bay in Loveladies, New Jersey. The living-dining-kitchen area of the house is situated along the water in a large open space. The master bedroom and other sleeping rooms were divided into two separate volumes and connected by a 'bridge' above the entry hall. The client's library was incorporated as a reading room as part of the stair connecting the ground floor to the roof deck overlooking the Bay.
